WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The accounts payable officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of various general and financial transactions.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing financial transactions
  • Validating incoming invoices
  • Recording/coding incoming invoices
  • D365 Invoice Management/Purchase Orders
  • Maintaining and tracking supplier balances
  • Handling incoming payment reminders
  • Creating and maintaining customer and supplier master data via the Business Partner Application
  • General administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience as accounts payable officer and a background in accounting.

• You speak and write English fluently.

• You are very proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Proficient in MS Office)

• You work accurately, handle stress well, and are discreet.

• You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills.

• You can work independently.

• You have ERP experience.

• You have experience using AI.
