WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The P2P Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of various purchasing-related transactions.
• Maintaining purchase orders and goods receipts in D365
• Processing non-compliant purchase invoices
• Processing invoices with VAT issues
• Preparing a weekly report
• Validating, recording, and coding incoming invoices
• D365 Invoice Management / Purchase Orders
• Maintaining and monitoring supplier balances
• Handling incoming payment reminders
• Creating and maintaining supplier master data
• Processing financial transactions that fall under Accounts Payable
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in P2P and a background in accounting.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You are very proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Proficient in MS Office)
• You work accurately, handle stress well, and are discreet.
• You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills.
• You can work independently.
• You have ERP experience.
• You have experience using AI.
