WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• You work at one of our sites abroad.
• You coordinate and schedule the maintenance and repair of our fleet and prioritize the workload.
• You will supervise a team of local mechanics, allocating and distributing work throughout the team.
• You keep up to date records on equipment including defect notes and other related documentation.
• You handle administration, order (spare) parts, ...
• You ensure health and safety measures are adhered to and tasks are carried out safely.
• You assist and guide the local team in case the problem is complex.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Machine Engineering, a related field of study, or equivalent by experience.
• You have experience in a similar environment/job, preferred but not mandatory.
• You are capable of leading and motivating local mechanics.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
• You are prepared to work abroad for extended periods of time and are not afraid to work long days.
• you have knowledge of the common MS Office programs.
